Chloe Marcie and Dresses For Christmas Events

Today I'm sharing two pretty Kmart dresses I wore for two Christmas events recently, both outfits accessorised with my Chloe Marcie shoulder bag.

What I wore:

Earrings: Piper glass beaded chandelier earring in cream and gold
Dress: Kmart teal tropical notch neck floral maxi dress
ShoesRebecca Minkoff Georgina studded gladiator sandals in blush
Bracelets: the usual plus vintage silver charm bracelet and gold leaf bangle
BagChloe Marcie medium shoulder bag in nut

Why I wore it:

This was really fun - our vet was doing a fundraiser and Santa paws photos, so we got all dressed up for our annual family photo. We did not bring the kid's insect menagerie along, Cooper is a handful enough! It was really fun and we got so many great photos.

We had to stop at the library on our way home and I felt a little overdressed for that, with the floral maxi dress and the big statement earrings. But it was perfect for our Christmas photos!

With the gold beads in the earrings and the gold hardware on the Chloe Marcie bag, I added this little gold leaf bangle to be even more matchy-matchy too.

Last worn: beaded statement earrings, floral maxi dress, studded sandals, Chloe Marcie bag.

Other ways to wearfloral maxi dress for Christmas day, studded sandals worn 30 ways, Chloe Marcie bag and jeans.

My Chloe Handbag Collection:

What I wore:

NecklaceStarfish Project Hannah turquoise bead necklace
Dress: Kmart Whsdch Red short sleeved tiered midi dress
ShoesWittner 'Jasmarie' studded sandals
Bracelets: the usual
BagChloe Marcie medium shoulder bag in nut

Why I wore it:

Wore this for a quiet morning at home, followed by a very fun afternoon at Carols by Candlelight. There were rides, food trucks, craft stations...the kids had a blast, and I enjoyed the carol service in the evening while the kids enjoyed swinging around the little electric candles they were given. There was even a fireworks show at the end.

It was a very humid day so I didn't need an extra layer, but thought this maxi dress was a good choice as it covered my legs to avoid the mozzies without me overheating. With the coral red of this dress, the green beaded necklace seemed like a fun nod to Christmas too! I had the big Chloe Marcie bag for all our water bottles and some snacks - although there was plenty of food there! I'd taken a blanket for laying on the grass in the evening, but didn't have to carry that around as I put it on the grass to save our spot while we walked around all the attractions.

Last worn: green beaded necklace, coral tiered midi dress, studded sandals, Chloe Marcie bag (above).

Other ways to wearcoral tiered midi dress and scarf, studded sandals and pencil skirt, Chloe Marcie bag and blazer.

Perfect for pregnancy: studded sandals in third trimester.

How You Can Wear It:

Red and green is a classic Christmas combo. You can take a red dress you have and adda  green necklace to it like I have in the second outfit, or pick a dress like the teal floral one that has some red and green in the print.

Whatever you wear, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

Floral Print Dresses and Chloe Paraty Bag For Kids Birthday Parties

Two very fun floral dresses for two very fun weekend days, at kids birthday parties! Despite the different colours in both dresses this small periwinkle Chloe Paraty bag paired nicely with both.

What I wore:

Kmart teal tropical notch neck floral maxi dress with chloe paraty bag studded sandals for birthday party | awayfromblue

Chloe periwinkle small Paraty bag with teal maxi dress | awayfromblue

Necklace: personalised gold children's names charm necklace
Dress: Kmart teal tropical notch neck floral maxi dress
ShoesWittner 'Jasmarie' studded sandals
Bracelets: the usual plus Disney Couture Winnie the Pooh bangle
BagChloe periwinkle small Paraty

Why I wore it:

Wore this for my son's first school birthday party! We'd invited the whole class so we could get to know everyone outside of school pick up times, and as they'd started school in February, my son was still learning the names of everyone in his class. We had it at our local park and I got an entertainer from Fly By Fun to keep the kids amused with party games and magic tricks. He was awesome and all the kids loved having a ninja at the party, especially my son!

It was a funny day where it was supposed to rain (and had stormed a lot the evening before) so it was touch and go if the park venue was going to go ahead. Luckily there was not a drop of rain all day, although it ended up being very hot and humid. This teal maxi dress was a nice light option for such a hot day, and since it doesn't have pockets I picked my Chloe Paraty bag to wear as it fits all the essentials and my camera as well. Had to have my phone nearby in case people had trouble finding our party. We had it at a bigger local park that wasn't damaged by the floods like the smaller venue we picked and had on the invites, but it meant there were a lot of parties going on in different areas! We put our bubble machine on to help people find us that worked well too.

It was such a fun day - my son loved having all his friends there and it was nice to meet some of the parents of children my son plays with at school that I'd never met before! I'd been a little worried people wouldn't be able to find us, or we would be rained out, or I wouldn't have enough food or party bags, but it all went perfectly on the day.

What I wore:

navy floral print swing dress gold sandals for birthday party with chloe paraty bag | awayfromblue

navy dress with Chloe periwinkle small Paraty | awayfromtheblue

EarringsMichael Hill stud earrings with aqua cubic zirconia in sterling silver
Necklace: Ruby Olive Art series long striped pod necklace
DressShein navy flower print flowy dress (c/o)
ShoesNovo Tawny rose gold sandals
BagChloe periwinkle small Paraty

Why I wore it:

Wore this for another kid's birthday party! We had a busy morning with books due back at the library too, and since it was such a hot day and a backyard party I wanted a nice dress that would cover my shoulders in the sun. While it's long sleeved this viscose dress swing dress is nice and light so it was good in the heat. I wasn't sure if this beaded necklace would be too much with the dress but I think it worked well with the colours, and it worked as a conversation starter at the party as I hoped it would! The party was really well organised and my son had a great time playing with his friends from school.

I picked my Chloe Paraty bag to wear again as it fits all my essentials and my son's water bottle. Although the rose gold sandals are a different gold tone I liked that they were a metallic like the hardware on the bag too, for a little bit of almost matchy-matchy.

How You Can Wear It:

Floral dresses are an easy one-and-done outfit for a birthday party. Maxi dresses and swing dresses in lighter fabrics are lose and comfortable enough for hot autumn days that really feel more like summer!

Hope you have a wonderful Easter if you celebrate!

What I Wore For Christmas: Maxi Dresses and Leo Envelope Clutch | Weekday Wear Link Up

Happy New Year! For today's Weekday Wear Link Up I'm sharing my Christmas outfits, even though Christmas was on the weekend. It just feels a little funny sharing Christmas outfits in January so I try share them as early in the month as possible. We spent Christmas day with my family on the coast, then back up to Brisbane to celebrate Christmas on Boxing day with the in-laws.

What I wore:

Christmas day outfit summer brisbane pink and purple printed maxi dress with gold sandals rebecca minkoff envelope clutch bag | awayfromblue

pink and purple printed maxi dress with silver bracelet stack and Rebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch in champagne gold | awayfromtheblue

Earrings: Colette silver filigree leaf diamante statement earrings
Dress: Jeanswest Gigi printed maxi dress in shorter length (c/o)
ShoesNovo Tawny rose gold sandals
Bracelets: the usual plus vintage silver charm bracelet
BagRebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch in champagne gold

Why I wore it:

This was what I wore on Christmas day. I got this dress back in 2015 but surprisingly I haven't worn it for Christmas day before! I knew that this year I wanted to wear an older dress from my wardrobe, just like I did last Christmas, and since this hadn't been worn at Christmas before it was the perfect choice! It was one of the two options I had last year but I went with a different dress then, so it was good to get this out for Christmas this year. I didn't manage to take my traditional pic of my outfit in front of the tree before the kids got up as they were up so early, please excuse some scattered unwrapped gifts on the floor!

As usual, my family all dresses up for a day filled with family, food and presents. Since the colourful pink and purple print on this dress is pretty bold on its own I kept the accessories simple, with silver statement earrings, my usual dressy bracelet additions, and my silver cuff. I did wonder if the champagne gold envelope clutch was the best choice with the rest of my accessories being silver, but it was the perfect completer piece with my outfit when I tried it with the dress. And to be honest I just needed somewhere to stash my keys, phone and wallet, as we had a couple of bags of presents to take to my family and I put my camera in there.

As usual I ate so much good food, got spoiled with gifts, and had a wonderful Christmas day with family!

Last worn: Gigi printed maxi dress, silver leaf earrings, rose gold sandals, Rebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch.

Other ways to wearGigi printed maxi dress in winter, rose gold sandals and shorts, Rebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch and mint maxi.

Perfect for pregnancyGigi printed maxi dress in second trimester.

What's In My Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Leo Envelope Clutch

Dress: thrifted black Jeanswest halterneck maxi dress
ShoesNovo Tawny rose gold sandals
Bracelets: the usual plus vintage silver charm bracelet and Disney Couture Winnie the Pooh bangle
BagRebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch in champagne gold

Why I wore it:

Christmas at the in-laws is much more relaxed, but a maxi dress is still a good outfit choice! This one is another wardrobe oldie, also from 2015, and an opshop find. I got it in a bag of clothing in the "fill a bag for $2" sale so I'm definitely getting my money's worth from it! This is its 16th wear. I did try dress it up a little with the gold beaded necklace, but I kept the earrings simple with little heart studs.

Again I went with my little Rebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch - with the gold necklace and sandals I thought it complimented this outfit really well also. I had a little space in the bag of presents to fit my camera so I only needed the clutch for the essentials.

The black maxi dress probably wasn't the best choice though, got covered in dog hair almost instantly 😅 Cooper is a Shih Tzu and doesn't shed so I'm always surprised by how much dog hair other dogs shed when we are with the family. 😅

Last worn: black halter maxi dress, heart earrings, gold necklace, rose gold sandals (above), Rebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch (above).

Other ways to wearblack halter maxi dress and kimono, rose gold sandals and jeans, Rebecca Minkoff Leo envelope clutch and pink dress.

How You Can Wear It:

A maxi dress is an easy outfit option for a hot Christmas! You can dress it up with lots of statement accessories, metallics are always a good choice. Metallic pieces are always good at any time of year, not just Christmas.

Dressed Up: Maxi Dresses and Rebecca Minkoff Love Bags

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas! While I've worn both of these dresses for Christmas before (here and here) I'm wearing a different dress for Christmas this year. I wore both these maxi dresses for a couple of events earlier in the month.

What I wore:

Jeanswest Sophia high-low colourful mandala print maxi dress with orange love bag for family photoshoot | awayfromblue

mandala print maxi dress with Rebecca Minkoff chevron quilted small Love crossbody bag in pale coral | awayfromtheblue

awayfromblue Instagram | jeanswest sophia high low ruffle mandala print maxi dress with coral love bag

Earrings: Prouds gold and silver spiral drop earrings
NecklaceTiffany diamonds by the yard necklace with Tiffany & Co silver 5th Avenue notes heart pendant necklace
Dress: Jeanswest Sophia high-low maxi dress
ShoesRebecca Minkoff Georgina studded gladiator sandals in blush
Bracelets: the usual
BagRebecca Minkoff chevron quilted small Love crossbody bag in pale coral

Why I wore it:

I wore this for a family photo shoot. We did our annual family photos that we put in our Christmas cards back in November, but the in-laws had booked in some time with a photographer to get photos of their extended family. Couldn't decide what dress to wear as we hadn't been told to try coordinate or wear any particular colour, just to not dress too casually. Decided this colourful dress would work with whatever everyone else was wearing, with all the colours in the print. Thankfully we were well prepared with bug spray too as the photos were in the afternoon and there were a lot of bugs around.

As well as carrying my usual essentials with my phone and wallet, I decided to bring along a couple books for the boys and all our water bottles. Put all of that in the big backpack so it was easy to carry, and decided to wear this little peach Rebecca Minkoff small Love bag just for my essentials. Didn't really need it, just thought it would be helpful to have everything I needed close by and not have to rummage through the backpack when my phone went off. There isn't any orange in the print of this dress but I liked the contrast the orange small Love bag gave with it.

Kept it simple with the rest of the accessories that were actually in the photos, with these staple sentimental Tiffany necklaces and some earrings hubby bought me.

What I wore:

embellished black maxi dress with statement beaded earrings and cobalt jumbo love bag | awayfromblue

Earrings: Piper glass beaded chandelier earring in cream and gold
Dress: Jeanswest 'Sierra' embellished black maxi dress
ShoesWittner 'Jasmarie' studded sandals
Bracelets: the usual
BagRebecca Minkoff quilted jumbo Love bag in cobalt

Why I wore it:

Wore this for a fun family event my son was performing in. It was fun to get dressed up! After this big event in the morning we had lunch at home and then got changed for our trip to Movie World theme park that afternoon. I liked this outfit, just wanted something more festive for the Christmas experience at the theme park!

It's been a while since I last wore this maxi dress so it's either stretched out on the hanger or I've forgotten how long it was - with my flat sandals I felt I kept tripping over the long hem on this! Really need to get it altered to be a better length on me. With the beautiful beading on the neckline I couldn't decide what necklace to wear - decided not to wear one in the end and wear these big statement beaded earrings instead. The gold beads on the earrings coordinated nicely with the gold beads on the dress and when I tried it on I was pleased it didn't look as overly accessorised as I thought, it was a nice combination.

The big bold cobalt Love bag was a practical choice to fit all my essentials and my camera in it for taking photos and video of my son up on stage. Hubby had the backpack with everyone's water bottles in it too. It was a really fun morning, although I did feel overdressed when we stopped to do an errand on the way home, ha!

How You Can Wear It:

When you're not sure what to wear a pretty maxi dress is perfect - easy to dress up or dress down. And of course I can never resist adding more colour to an outfit with a bright bag!

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas on Saturday and get to enjoy time with family and friends! I'll have a post up on Monday for the regular Weekday Wear Link up as usual, and a few more scheduled posts over the Christmas season.

Casual Summer Christmas Outfits | Weekday Wear Link Up

For today's Weekday Wear Link Up, two fun festively themed outfits for summer Christmas events earlier on in December. One very festive one, and the second one a bit more subtle. The second one is a little weekend outfit sneaking into the link up too!

What I wore:

summer festive outfit merry Christmas tee ribbon bracelet navy crossbody bag sneakers | awayfromblue blog

red maxi skirt with Rebecca Minkoff Micro Bedford zip satchel in twilight | awayfromtheblue

Earrings: Colette Ciao Bella glitter ball drop earrings
Necklace: layered Tai gold alphabet necklaces
Tee: Merry Christmas deer antler tee
Skirtthrifted Billabong 'Don't Think Of It' bikini red printed maxi skirt
Shoesthrifted Adidas Superstar sneakers
Bracelets: the usual plus Christmas ribbon bracelet
BagRebecca Minkoff Micro Bedford zip satchel in twilight

Why I wore it:

This was a busy day! After an event earlier in the day I got changed later that afternoon into this Christmas-y outfit for our annual trip to Movie World's White Christmas event. They decorate the theme park for Christmas, play Christmas carols and they even have fake snow falling. It's magical and I really missed it last year. While we had no restrictions on at the time or Covid cases, with everything that happened in 2020 I figured we'd skip the crowds that year. I definitely missed it though and was so glad we went this year!

When my mum gave me this tee she made as an early Christmas present I knew that the red maxi skirt would be perfect for it. Added the delicate gold necklaces and the fun gold bauble earrings and it was perfectly themed for the evening! We had the usual backpack with all our water bottles so I picked this little Rebecca Minkoff micro Bedford bag to wear as it fit all my essentials and my camera in it, although I didn't take too many pics in the end. The comfortable Adidas superstar sneakers were appreciated as we did a lot of walking around.

The kids managed to fit in quite a lot of rides before a storm blew in and the rides were closed for the rest of the night safety reasons. It worked out well though. We were able to watch the Polar Express movie the kids love so much in 4D and then grab some dinner before sitting undercover and watching the big parade at the end of the night, all great timing! Such a fun night.

What I wore:

Kmart teal tropical notch neck floral maxi dress with rebecca minkoff love too bag | awayfromblue

floral maxi dress and Rebecca Minkoff Love Too in deep teal croc embossed leather | awayfromtheblue

Earrings: gold pendant chandelier earrings
Dress: Kmart teal tropical notch neck floral maxi dress
Belt: came with dress
ShoesNovo Tawny rose gold sandals
Bracelets: the usual
BagRebecca Minkoff Love Too in deep teal croc embossed leather

Why I wore it:

This is a much more subtle Christmas outfit! I've worn this dress for Christmas day before, with the teal and red it's very festively themed, but it's a dress I've worn at other times of year too. It's hard to see in the first pic with my hair in the way but I decided to keep it really simple and just add a pair of gold earrings and no necklace. I thought the rose gold sandals were a nice pairing with the gold earrings too!

Although the deep teal of the Rebecca Minkoff Love Too bag is a very different shade from the teal of the maxi dress, they are a nice pairing together. I really like wearing this bag with green and blue and I've been wearing it a lot recently! The black hardware means it goes with everything.

I also carried a little tote bag with me for the kids water bottles and some books to entertain them for church in the morning. There was a Christmas party after church in the evening too, although I was a little worried about the weather and possible storms. I even belted the dress to create a blouson effect with the top and make sure the hem stayed off the ground. Thankfully it was a rain free afternoon, although the winds picked up a bit later the storms held off until the kids were home in bed. This outfit is just perfect for both church in the morning and then a Christmas party in the evening!

Last worn: gold earrings, teal floral maxi dress, gold sandals, Rebecca Minkoff Love Too bag.

Other ways to wearteal floral maxi dress, gold sandals and shorts, Rebecca Minkoff Love Too bag and jeans.

How You Can Wear It:

Christmas is a fun time to break out the red and green! A red maxi skirt and a Christmas tee is a great way to look suitably festive for summer, but you can go more subtle too by throwing on a dress that works for any time of year that has both green and red in the print.

Knotted Tees Over Maxi Dresses With Chloe Paraty Bag : Weekday Wear Link Up

Using my favourite trick to change up a printed maxi dress - knotting a tee over the top! Perfect outfit formula for an autumn day in Brisbane, especially when paired with a cute crossbody bag like the Chloe small Paraty.

What I wore:

black tee knotted over a Kmart floral print maxi dress with converse Chloe Paraty Bag | awayfromblue

kmart tropicana floral coral tiered maxi dress with chloe periwinkle small Paraty | away from blue

awayfromblue Instagram | black knotted tee over floral maxi dress chloe paraty small bag

Earrings: gold pendant chandelier earrings
Necklace: blush pink and gold beaded tassel necklace
TeeAtmos & Here black essential v-neck tee
Dress: Kmart Tropicana sleeveless tiered maxi dress (worn 30 times)
ShoesConverse Chuck Taylor All Star low in black
Bracelets: the usual plus Cora purpleheart and mother of pearl watch c/o JORD
BagChloe periwinkle small Paraty

Why I wore it:

This maxi dress is such a staple - and this was it's 30th wear! I was so happy to be able to put together a 30 ways to wear post with it, it's a dress I really enjoy wearing. Nice and colourful outfit for spending the day out with the kids - it looked like it would be a cooler day so I added the black tee on top but it quickly warmed up and I had to hunt out some shade to sit in as the kids played in the playground. Luckily the library we headed to afterwards had aircon!

The black Converse matched the black tee nicely, but I felt it dressed down the outfit a little so I added the pretty gold statement earrings to stop it looking too casual. The blush necklace I was surprised to see that I haven't worn with this dress before as it compliments the colours in the print so nicely!

And of course the periwinkle blue of the Chloe small Paraty bag works so well with the blues in the floral print. Just big enough for some snacks and all our water bottles too.

Last worn: gold earrings, black v-neck tee, blush tassel necklace, Kmart floral print tiered maxi dress, Converse, Chloe small periwinkle Paraty bag.

Other ways to wearblack v-neck tee and jeans, Kmart floral print tiered maxi dress worn 30 ways, Converse for long haul flight, Chloe small periwinkle Paraty bag and navy sundress.

Perfect for pregnancyConverse in second trimester.

How To Remove Chloe Paraty Strap (And a Little Hack!)

What I wore:

purple feather print maxi dress with Chloe periwinkle small Paraty | away from the blue

purple tee knotted over feather print maxi dress autumn outfit with small chloe paraty bag | awayfromblue Instagram

Necklace: Kmart rose gold and pink beaded necklace
Tee: Spectrum basic v-neck tee in washed lilac
Dress: JayJays feather print maxi dress
ShoesConverse Chuck Taylor All Star low in black
Bracelets: the usual plus Cora purpleheart and mother of pearl watch c/o JORD
BagChloe periwinkle small Paraty

Why I wore it:

This outfit just duplicates the first one really. Again I knotted a v-neck tee over a printed maxi skirt, and added black Converse, a blush and gold necklace, and the periwinkle chloe Paraty! I do like repeating an outfit formula if I enjoyed wearing it previously.

With the lilac tee and the darker feather print of the maxi dress this is a very different colour combo from the first outfit, but that same comfortable formula. I wore it for another day with the playground and the library too even! Not quite as fun as the day above though we also had some errands to run which did not go smoothly. And then because 2 of our routes home were blocked we had to take the long way around, turning a 5 minutes trip into 45 minutes with the traffic. One of those days!

I did however really like the purple and periwinkle combo - I'll need to wear this Paraty bag with purple again in the future!

Last worn: lilac v-neck tee, blush and gold necklace, feather print maxi dress, Converse (above), Chloe periwinkle blue small Paraty bag (above).

Other ways to wearlilac v-neck tee and kimono, feather print maxi dress for a wedding, Converse and tee dress, Chloe periwinkle blue small Paraty bag and printed shorts.

Perfect for pregnancylilac v-neck tee in second trimester, feather print maxi dress in second trimester, Converse in third trimester.

How You Can Wear It:

A knotted tee over a maxi dress is a great option! It can add a little sun coverage on a day at the playground, or warmth on a cooler autumn day. You can pick a tee that pulls some colour out of the print of the dress, or contrast it entirely. A a neutral like a black tee always works!

Weekday Wear Link Up: Printed Maxi Dresses, Denim Jackets and Balenciaga Bags

For today's Weekday Wear Linkup I'm sharing how I made these spaghetti strap maxi dresses more suitable for autumn days when I wore them recently (or not so recently as one I wore to celebrate Easter Sunday with the family last month!).

What I wore:

dressing down high low ruffle hem mandala print maxi dress with converse denim jacket Balenciaga hobo bag | away from the blue

denim jacket with Balenciaga Day bag in 2005 magenta worn on shoulder | away from the blue

awayfromblue Instagram | mandala print high low maxi dress with denim jacket converse on pier

Jacket: Bubblegum denim jacket
Necklace: Kmart blue multi-colour beaded necklace
Dress: Jeanswest Sophia high-low maxi dress
ShoesConverse Chuck Taylor All Star coast blue
Bracelets: the usual plus Cora purpleheart and mother of pearl watch c/o JORD
BagBalenciaga Day bag in 2005 magenta

Why I wore it:

This mandala print high-low maxi dress is so very pretty! With the fabric, print and little ruffle on the hem, it's quite dressy. Tried to make it a little more casual for this outing to the beach with my mum and the boys one day during the school holidays.

It was a chilly morning too and I wasn't sure how windy it would be near the sea. I shouldn't have worried though, ended up taking this jacket off for most of the day as I sat in the sun watching the kids play.

The Converse were another attempt, like the denim jacket, to dress this outfit down a little and I really liked the combination! The blue went so well with the purple mandala print on the dress. So did the magenta Balenciaga day bag that was overdue another wear.

Last worn: denim jacket, wooden bead necklace, mandala print ruffle hem maxi dress, blue Converse, Balenciaga magenta day bag.

Other ways to weardenim jacket worn 30 ways, mandala print ruffle hem maxi dress for Christmas day, blue Converse and striped shorts, Balenciaga magenta day bag and pencil skirt.

Perfect for pregnancydenim jacket in second trimester, Balenciaga magenta day bag in third trimester.

Favourite Bag In My Balenciaga Collection:

NecklaceTiffany diamonds by the yard necklace
Dress: Kmart Tropicana sleeveless tiered maxi dress
ShoesAtmos&Here tan Lola leather ankle boots
BagBalenciaga envelope clutch in 2012 mangue with giant 12 RGGH

Why I wore it:

Wore this for a colder and wetter Easter Sunday than expected! I had planned to wear this maxi dress, I wore it last year when we had Easter in lockdown so I was determined to wear it again to have a proper Easter celebration with the family. Even if the rain meant I needed a few more layers! As well as the denim jacket I added ankle boots too, to keep my feet cosy and dry.

Tried to dress this up a little more with the fun beaded statement earrings and the mango Balenciaga envelope clutch. We were only heading over to my parents so a clutch really wasn't needed as I didn't need to carry much, but it did fit my wallet, car keys and phone nicely!

It was so good having a big traditional Easter again, especially as we'd spent 3 days that week in lockdown and I was worried about them extending it! Thankfully it ended early instead of being extended.

Last worn: denim jacket, beaded statement earrings, diamond necklace, floral print maxi dress, tan ankle boots, Balenciaga mango envelope clutch.

Other ways to weardenim jacket and jeans, floral print maxi dress worn 30 ways, tan ankle boots and swing dress, Balenciaga mango envelope clutch with pink.

Perfect for pregnancyBalenciaga mango envelope clutch in third trimester.

How You Can Wear It:

A maxi dress is so easy to dress up or dress down depending on the occasion. A denim jacket, Converse and a big hobo bag can dress it down for the day time, but accessories like an envelope clutch and statement earrings can dress it up for a formal occasion too.
