Two different outfits for working from home days with added appointments thrown in. Both featuring pink and leopard print, a combination I really enjoy wearing! And my pretty sorbet pink Balenciaga city bag that was due another wear.

Why I wore it:

Needed a comfortable and easy outfit for the school run, working from home, and a physio appointment. Again, I went for shorts and tee, which has become a go-to outfit formula for me this year!

It's not the first time I've worn this leopard print cover up with pink, I really like the combination. But it's the first time I've worn this awesome super-soft pink tee with it. With the print from the cover up, plain shorts were needed and these cuffed distressed denim shorts go with everything.

Last worn: leopard print cover up, gold and silver necklace, pale pink teedistressed denim shorts, Sketchers, Balenciaga sorbet city bag.

Why I wore it:

This was a very hot and humid day so I reached for this light skirt. It's a fun leopard print and it's great in the heat and humidity! Also nice and comfortable for the school run, working from home, a bit of driving around to take my son to an appointment, and the library after school. Big day!

I liked the simplicity of the ombre tee with the leopard skirt, I felt this outfit didn't need very much so I just added this little double strand beaded necklace and again my sorbet Balenciaga city bag. I like the different shades of pink together, with the ombre tee and the brighter pink on the Balenciaga bag.

Last worn: ombre pink tee, beaded necklace, leopard print skirt, tan slides, Balenciaga sorbet city bag (above).

Other ways to wearombre pink tee, leopard print skirt and denim jacket, tan slides and maxi skirtBalenciaga sorbet city bag worn 30 ways.

Black and Grey Office Pencil Skirt Outfits With Lilac Polene Numero Neuf Mini Bag

Just like last week, sharing a couple more neutral black and grey outfits I wore into the office. Paired both of these grey pencil skirts with some black tees and then added a little colour with my lilac purple Polene Numero Neuf mini bag.

What I wore:

Necklace: thrifted purple wooden bead statement necklace
Tee: thrifted Kmart short sleeve cotton modal tee in black
SkirtAtmos&Here grey marle jersey pencil skirt
ShoesConverse Chuck Taylor All Star low in black
Bracelets: the usual
BagPolene numero neuf mini in textured mauve

Why I wore it:

It was nice wearing this stretchy knit pencil skirt again! It was a firm staple pre-pandemic, and being a nice stretchy jersey it's incredibly comfortable to wear. Don't know why it hasn't hit 30 wears yet! I am starting to delve into the "workwear" area of my wardrobe more often with dressing for the office now so hopefully it will hit that figure soon. It goes well with anything, but keeping it simple for this day at work I wore it with the plain black tee (an opshop find) and a little matchy-matchy with the black Converse too.

Although the mauve Polene numero neuf mini bag is not quite the same shade of lilac as the statement necklace, I really like the two accessories together and the little extra colour they added to this otherwise neutral monochromatic outfit.

Last worn: black modal tee, lilac statement necklace, grey jersey pencil skirt, black Converse, Polene Numero Neuf mini bag.

Other ways to wearblack modal tee and midi skirt, grey jersey pencil skirt and blazer, black Converse and shorts, Polene Numero Neuf mini bag with dress.

What I wore:

Necklace: thrifted Mix Apparel clover designer inspired necklace
TeeAtmos & Here black essential v-neck tee
Skirt: Target textured silver pencil skirt
ShoesAdidas Superstar sneakers
Bracelets: the usual
BagPolene numero neuf mini in textured mauve

Why I wore it:

Incredibly similar outfit to the one above, just with slightly messier hair as my straightener broke that morning which is not ideal when you're already pushed for time to get out the door! Much like the grey jersey pencil skirt above, this textured Target pencil skirt is becoming a staple and I feel I almost wear it weekly! It's great for in the office and I know I'll continue to wear it as the weather cools as it's a lovely thick cosy textured fabric.

I kept the necklace matching the colour scheme of my outfit this time with the black and silver necklace, but still had my little lilac Polene numero neuf mini bag for a touch of colour. It just works so well in a neutral outfit like the two in these posts!

Last worn: black v-neck tee, clover necklace, textured pencil skirt, Adidas Superstar sneakers, Polene Numero Neuf mini bag (above).

Other ways to wearblack v-neck tee and jeans, textured pencil skirt with green, Adidas Superstar sneakers and dress, Polene Numero Neuf mini bag and shorts.
