This time I round I paired my yellow tees with green jeans and some cardigans, as the autumn weather had truly arrived in Brisbane and the extra layer was needed. Now it's properly winter and a few more layers are required.
What I wore:
Necklace: Colette tortoise shell acrylic disc tassel necklace
Tee: Jeanswest essential v-neck tee in elfin yellow
Jeans: Jeanswest Vicki skinny pant in moss green
Shoes: slim navy and pink Havaianas
Why I wore it:
It's not the first time I've worn this yellow tee with olive - it looked nice with my olive shorts so I knew I'd wear it with these olive jeans in the cooler weather. I really liked the combination, i think the muted shades work so well together. I added a necklace for a little bit of extra interest to my outfit and I think with the long necklace and long grey cardigan the tee looked better untucked - it's a bit oversized so I usually tuck it in, but I liked the longer lines of this outfit. The grey cardigan wasn't quite as cosy as my daggy old bathrobe I usually wear around the house, but it was a more formal choice for a couple of zoom sessions I had on that day!
Last worn: yellow tee, tortoiseshell necklace, grey cardigan, olive skinny jeans, Havaianas.
Other ways to wear: yellow tee and red maxi skirt, grey cardigan and maxi skirt, olive skinny jeans for a long haul flight.
How I Clean My Bags:
What I wore:
Necklace: thrifted cream and navy statement flat bead necklace
Tee: Big W mustard v-neck tee
Jeans: thrifted ASOS petite green skinny jeans
Shoes: New Balance white and blue sneakers
Bag: Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene 30 speedy bandouliere
Why I wore it:
This was a much bolder outfit with the mustard tee and the green skinny jeans. Again, this isn't a new colour combination for me, I love wearing my little mustard Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan bag with these green jeans, but it was the first time I'd worn this mustard tee and jeans together. As it was such a cold morning and I had to pop out to the post office, I added another colour to my outfit with this cosy navy cardigan.Again, I've worn this navy cardigan with the green jeans before, but I really liked the way the trio of colours worked together in this outfit. Especially with the matching navy necklace! The Louis Vuitton speedy bandouliere bag was a nice neutral with all of the colours in my outfit, and it was still packed and ready to go after my last trip out the house a few days before.
Last worn: navy waterfall cardigan, mustard tee, statement necklace, green skinny jeans, New Balance sneakers, Louis Vuitton speedy bandouliere.
Other ways to wear: navy waterfall cardigan and pencil skirt, mustard tee worn two ways, green skinny jeans and floral kimono, Louis Vuitton speedy bandouliere and maxi skirt.
Perfect for pregnancy: Louis Vuitton speedy bandouliere in third trimester.

How You Can Wear It:
A yellow tee is a fun colour to have in your wardrobe! Yellow is a bright pop with a neutral pair of blue jeans but it works well with other colours like green and navy too.Weekday Wear Linkup #72
