Nice casual Saturday outfit. I bought a couple of basics in The Iconic sale last week, this was one of them and I love it. So comfortable and perfect for the weekends. Thought the printed scarf would be nice with the stripes.

Was a lovely day weather-wise so walked to the stores to run errands and took Cooper to the groomers. He needed a trim, his fur was getting much longer and it was drawing more attention to the side of him that was shaved for his op. Now his fur is shorter it's a little harder to notice :)


Last worn: blue leopard print scarf, red jeans, Converse, Balenciaga sang clutch. First time I've worn this tee as it's a recent purchase.

Felt like something was missing from this outfit - maybe a necklace or scarf? Decided just to keep it simple though for a lazy Sunday. DH and I had planned to head to the beach with Cooper but the constant rain in the morning ruined our plans. Went out for lunch instead, and of course I had Church Online in the evening. Very similar accessories to the last time I wore this lovely jumper, sorry for the repetition! I think red pairs so nicely with the grey. Casual but warm outfit for spending the evening with the in-laws, having dinner and watching a movie. It was quite chilly so even Cooper has his knitted hoodie on! He had been shivering during the day as quite a bit of him was shaved after his operation. We've been putting his little shirts on when he looks cold.

Didn't need to carry much today, so wore my Marc by Marc Jacobs Karlie bag as a clutch. This grey Asos tee is perfect comfy weekend wear!

This jumper is one of my purchases from the Jeanswest 40% off sale back in May. It was a sunny but windy day so this was the perfect outfit.  Thought the burgundy of the pants and the red of the clutch would go well together.

I had been considering buying this knit and then when I caught up with my sister she showed me she had bought it and told me how much she liked it. So I had to get my own when the sale came around, of course. My sister and I have very similar tastes!

I'm not always quick to post about new sales, so I made a new page to contain all of the sales and coupon codes I know about, feel free to bookmark it! I post on twitter when I update it. Most recently it's had the Matches Fashion 50% off sale added. Check it out, they have some lovely Alexander McQueen scarves reduced.

This is another one of my Church Online team tees, I've worn one previously. It's a little big on me, but makes it even more comfortable to wear! Every year they come up with a new design, I'm pleased to see my collection build with each year I spend on the team.

Apart from working in the evening, didn't do much today. Enjoyed the slightly warmer weather in the afternoon and made sure to spend lots of time with Cooper. He's healing really well, thank you for all your kind comments on my previous post.

A lot of red today! Wanted to wear something warm. Still not too sure if the jacket and top and all of the red was too much together, but I felt comfortable and most importantly warm all day. Got DH to take a quick picture between a break in the rain, but that was the only time it stopped all day. Boots were the obvious choice, and comfortable for running around in the morning and going out in the evening.

Thankfully today the weather was a bit warmer, and a lot less rainy. Didn't have much to to, just wanted to relax today, so a really casual outfit of jeans and a tee. Shocked to find it's been over a year since I last wore this top though, crazy!

Please excuse the water droplets on my mini MAC - got it a little wet from bushing on the leaves of the bush in the photo. Didn't notice till I uploaded the photos, it dried up pretty quickly.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas with family and friends!

I enjoyed taking a couple of days away from the computer and spending time with my family. Sharing a couple of photos a day doesn't take long but it was nice to stay away from the computer for a while. Thought I'd try do one post to catchup for the missed blog posts. It's a long one, sorry.

Completely forgot to take a solo picture, so sharing this instagram photo of my outfit instead with my mum, sister and Cooper.

My sister bought us all these fun t-shirts to wear on Christmas eve. I thought it was a great idea, and made me feel very festive as we visited family and baked Christmas cookies. I suspect I'll be wearing the tee again next year! The bracelet had little bells inside so my sister and I jingled everywhere we went :)

Love the photo of Cooper taking a massive yawn, had to share that one with you all :) Almost looks like he is singing carols!

On Christmas day we went to church, opened presents, had an extremely delicious meal, visited both of our families and ended the day with a relaxing swim in the pool before we had guests around. It was a really busy but family-filled day, it was so nice. The food was lovely and the company even better.

Had a bit of a giggle with my sister when we realised we had both worn blue sunnies, maxi dresses and Balenciaga clutches. We have very similar taste :)


The shoes were last worn here and clutch here. It's the first time I've worn the dress and sunnies, both of which were birthday presents. A lot of my bracelet stack was made up of Christmas gifts.

We had a much more relaxed Boxing day after our busy Christmas day. Didn't do very much at all, watched some DVDs we got for Christmas, went on a long walk with Cooper and ate plenty of Christmas cookies!

A nice relaxing Saturday today, so nothing too fancy. Had to wear a jacket as it was a bit chilly and overcast so I built my outfit around that. It was rather windy when taking the evening picture sorry! We snapped it on our way home after the fireworks. To keep things simple I just swapped out my red bag for a red clutch and added a blazer to keep warm.

Riverfire was really amazing. There was great company and the best view point we have ever had, I really enjoyed it. Thought I would share one of my favourite photos that I took. There are more on instagram if you're interested.

Wanted a nice simple top to really show off the print on this beautiful jacket, so this grey singlet was perfect. Added a bit of colour with my red skinny jeans and couldn't resist wearing my yellow Ekka sunnies yet again. They are so cheerful! Nice comfortable outfit for a Sunday.
