What I wore:
Tee: Big W mustard v-neck tee
Skirt: Target navy side split maxi skirt
Shoes: slim gold Havaianas
Bag: Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan satchel in Harvest Gold
Why I wore it:
I really like blue and yellow together so I knew I should wear this navy striped maxi skirt with the mustard tee. I couldn't resist going a little matchy-matchy with the accessories too, with my mustard Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan bag matching the tee and navy scarf matching the skirt. Even if the mustard bag isn't quite the same colour as the tee, it is such a fun combo and one I've worn before. It was a warmer spring day but a bit breezy, especially right on the bay where we spent the morning at the playground, after quickly stopping off at opshop to drop off some stuff. Of course I ended up browsing after donating and picked up a few things for the boys too! I thought the mixed geometric print of the scarf was a fun print mix with the striped skirt, and loved the combination.
Of course the location is the best part though! I couldn't believe my luck stumbling across this beautiful jacaranda tree. Even if the wind made it tricky to get a good pic, and baby boy had a bit of fun running around in the background 😂 The jacaranda trees are so beautiful and worth documenting though - they blossom every spring in Brisbane and are so colourful!
Last worn: mustard tee, geometric print scarf, striped maxi skirt, gold Havaianas, Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan.
Other ways to wear: mustard tee worn two ways, geometric print scarf and shorts, striped maxi skirt in winter, Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan worn 30 ways.
What's In My Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Micro Regan
What I wore:
Tee: Atmos & Here white essential v-neck tee
Skirt: thrifted Billabong red printed maxi skirt
Shoes: black slim Havaianas thongs
Bag: Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan satchel in Harvest Gold
Why I wore it:
Again with the mustard! It is my favourite shade of yellow. The lovely boho print on this red maxi skirt has a little touch of yellow in it so the mustard bag was an obvious choice, and with the bold red and yellow together I thought a plain white tee was the best. It made it through a trip to the park with the kids and dogs, a haircut, and going out for lunch with my sister without getting a stain so I was pretty happy! I wasn't as lucky last time I wore it...Again it was a windy start to the morning so I added a scarf, and thought this mustard one was such a bright pop with the red skirt. Just like the tee in the outfit above, it's a different shade from the bag but I thought it complimented it nicely.
Last worn: mustard scarf, white tee, red printed maxi skirt, Havaianas, Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan bag (above).
Other ways to wear: mustard scarf and little black dress, white tee and jeans, red printed maxi skirt and band tee, Rebecca Minkoff micro Regan bag and denim shorts.

How You Can Wear It:
A printed maxi skirt is a fun piece to wear in warmer weather - and paired with a plain tee it makes for an easy outfit. You can add further colour and print to your outfit with accessories too, like I have with the scarves and the little mustard bag.Linking up with Mutton Style, On Mondays We Link Up, Trend Spin, Turning Heads, Confident Twosday.

I love the pops of color you added with your accessories. Your outfits are beautiful. And congratulations on not spilling anything on your white tee. I often end up spilling something on myself when I wear white :)
