Striped Tees And Skinny Jeans To Work From Home

More autumn weather means more jeans! An old favourite pair and a newer pair I got for Christmas, both with striped tees.

What I wore:

Teethrifted navy stripe Coca-Cola logo tee
Jeans: Valleygirl teal skinny jeans (Christmas present)
Shoesslim navy and pink Havaianas
Bracelets: the usual
BagRebecca Minkoff 2012 sky grey mini MAC bag

Why I wore it:

It's been a while since I've worn this Coca-Cola logo striped tee, an opshop find quite a while ago. It was the perfect pairing with these teal skinny jeans. I got the jeans for Christmas from our pre-Christmas opshopping day, and I have been waiting for the perfect weather to wear them! A rainy day after the cyclone, with working from home and the kids being back at school, was a great time to get them out. They are very comfortable!

I liked the little pop of red from the logo in the tee with the teal jeans, but I kept the rest of the outfit simple with no other accessories and just my little blue mini MAC bag.

Last worn: striped tee, Havaianas, Rebecca Minkoff mini MAC. First time I've worn the jeans as I got them for Christmas.

What I wore:

Necklace: Tiffany & Co pink double heart tag pendant necklace
TeeCotton On The One fitted v tee in eddy stripe white / red terracotta
Jeans: Jeanswest black skinny jeans with zipper detail
Shoesslim navy and pink Havaianas
Bracelets: the usual
BagRebecca Minkoff unlined saddle bag in cherry red

Why I wore it:

Repeating the striped tee and skinny jeans combination again as I enjoyed it in the outfit above! It was another working from home day for me. Although the majority of the post-cyclone Alfred flooding had gone down I wasn't entirely sure I'd be able to make it all the way to the office, so I worked from home. Thankfully we hadn't lost power so while I was working the kids were able to enjoy playing computer games, as their school was unfortunately damaged by the cyclone and it took a little longer to be made safe and opened back up to students.

Just like the first outfit, I found this really comfortable, although there was no school run this time I did get out to walk the dogs and continue to check on people in the neighbourhood I saw after the wild weather. We were really lucky to have no damage.

Last worn: Tiffany necklace, rust striped tee, zip detail skinny jeans, Havaianas (above), Rebecca Minkoff studded saddle bag.

  1. Both looks are really fabulous! I will always love that Coca Cola shirt. It is such a great piece and I love that you can wear it so many different ways. I am glad that you were able to work from home and you had power. How horrible that the school was damaged. Sending everyone so much love <3
