Shorts: OneTeaspoon Hawks shorts in Fox black (C/O, on sale!)

Why I wore it:
What was supposed to be a quiet and relaxing day turned into a stressful one. Had to take Baby Boy back to hospital as he pulled out his tube. Again! Picked an easy outfit of shorts and this fun printed tee, it met a few style challenges but I mainly chose it as it's been sitting unworn in my wardrobe for over 6 months! It's pieces like this that I love but really don't wear a lot that helped contribute to my decision to start a 6 months without shopping challenge. When I wear these tops, I really like them, but it's so long between wears. I'm going to spend 2017 focusing on just wearing and enjoying what I already own.
Last worn: Ray-Ban Wayfarer (above), neon leopard print tee, OneTeaspoon Hawks shorts, Havaianas, Louis Vuitton speedy bandouliere.
Other ways to wear: neon leopard print tee and studded bag, OneTeaspoon Hawks shorts and print mixing, Louis Vuitton speedy bandouliere in the office.

Oh no, sorry to hear about you heading back to hospital. But these things and little kids just don't work well together.

Every time I see you in that kimono, I rue the day I clicked through to the link and didn't buy for some reason . . . because it was sold out next time!
ReplyDeleteAww no :( I can see why it's sold out, it was a great bargain!
DeleteI love the elephant necklace!! <3
ReplyDeleteI randomly started thinking of summer over the weekend. Thinking of all the things I want to add to my wardrobe and the things I like, but need more of. Kimonos! I just ordered two of them! (;
ReplyDeleteI've been in a summer shopping mood and certainly your Australian summer helps that bit. lol
I hope baby Boy is ok! Man, how scary!
Yay kimonos are perfect for summer! Looking forward to seeing you wearing them :)
DeleteMica, they are comfortable and stylish. Oh no! He pulled out his tube. Babies don't understand :( Poor baby. Hope everything is alright. Both of these outfits are casually chic :D

Thanks Kim! It happens, sadly, but thankfully he didn't need to have it in too long and it's out now!
DeleteWow so many cute teething necklaces. They always make me nervous about a bead popping off when im not paying attention or bub trying to nibble a non teething necklace. Gotta ask about this mushroom mask you mentioned on my post. so curious now.
ReplyDeleteBright Green Laces | Bright Green Laces
haha I don't have the mask any more so I can't remember the name! :(
DeleteThese necklaces are great with some safety features so they don't lose beads, but yes it does mean you kinda stick to teething necklaces only as baby gets into the habit of playing with them!
Thanks all for your comments - and kind words about Baby Boy.
