I love this oversized wildfox tee - it's so insanely comfortable, perfect for a lazy Sunday. DH and I are really enjoying this long weekend and taking lots of time to relax. I spent this evening at Church Online (http://live.lifechurch.tv/) as usual.
Cooper helped me take photos again today, by getting in the way, haha! He's so cute I don't mind when he pops into the frame :)
DH and I went to the local dawn service this morning for ANZAC Day. To commemorate ANZAC day there are memorial services, parades and events to remember the brave service men and women who have given their lives fighting for our country.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them. - "For the Fallen" poem by Laurence Binyon
Lest we forget.
When we were at the dawn service I covered up with a leather jacket and scarf to keep warm, but I didn't take any pictures of my outfit.
I've worn these jeans with khaki and pink before, just a different shade of pink. I don't know what it is about them that makes me pull out the pink! Will need to wear them a different way next time. Any ideas?
Nice relaxing Sunday enjoying the lovely weather again. DH and I went to the movies to avoid the heat of the day, and of course I had church online (http://live.lifechurch.tv/) in the evening.
Lovely sunny day today. We had a picnic in the park for lunch with my parents and Cooper, and we have a BBQ with DH's family in the evening. I wore the same outfit all day to keep it simple.
Hope you all had a lovely Easter. :) As promised, here's a better pic of what I wore to the wedding last night.
In the end I picked the red Balenciaga clutch. It was the biggest and I needed the extra room for a wrap. The bride and groom made such a lovely couple, and it was a very elegant wedding.
Dress: Jeanswest snake print maxi dress
Necklace: gifted silver spiral
Bracelets: the usual plus 2 freshwater pearl bracelets, red crystal bracelet and swarovski crystal bracelet from Indigo Rose Design

Today was a funny day weather-wise! Showery and stormy but very hot and humid too. It was very cool yesterday and I expected it to be the same today, but it was overcast and rainy and warm at the same time.
Had absolutely no idea what to wear. I wanted to wear something warm because of the rain, but cool because of the humidity. After spending much too long staring at my clothes and needing to get to the post office before it closed I just picked random things. A very uninspired outfit. I like red and blue together, but this is maybe too much blue.
Here's what I wore today:
Necklace: gifted from a wonderful friend
Bracelets: the usual
Top: Cotton On
Shorts: Jeans west denim cuff shorts
Shoes: Cotton On thongs
Bag: Balenciaga Sang 2010 GSH flat clutch
(Scary ghost like pale skin courtesy of my camera being unsure what to do with the weird weather too, hehe!)

Got a pressie from my bestie today too! This is what she gave me:
She is the best bestie ever, don't you think? Spent some time this evening putting the polish on - my first Chanel polish! I will try to take a picture of it in natural light tomorrow to show off the lovely pink colour.
Relaxing Sunday again - DH and I went out for lunch. The weather called for shorts and a singlet again, but I thought I'd switch it up a bit so it was a little different from yesterday's outfit. Wore paper bag waist shorts and wedges instead of denim shorts and sandals.
Here's what I wore:
Singlet: Jeanswest animal print racer back singlet
Shorts: Asos paper bag waist shorts
Necklace: oldie from Diva I think
Bracelets: the usual plus a labradorite one made by a talented friend. It sparkles in the sun, so pretty.
Shoes: Nine west wedges
Clutch: Balenciaga Sang 2010 GSH flat clutch
Closeup of the accessories:
I think these are the perfect wedge - they are high but the platform makes them so comfortable.
Happy New Year! Hope everyone has had a great start to 2012!
Cooper made it through the fireworks without too much stress wearing his little thundershirt. Really good investment as it kept him calm and he only barked once or twice, so we were all very happy ringing in the new year.
After a late night we had a relaxing 1st of January, with dinner at a friends house in the evening. Delicious food and wonderful company, we stayed quite late! Here's what I wore:
Dress: Vero Moda (via asos)
Belt: came with dress
Necklace: Made by a friend
Bracelets: The usual, plus red crystal bracelet made by a friend, and Hermes Kelly double tour bracelet in Rubis
Shoes: New Look
Clutch: Balenciaga Sang 2010 GSH flat clutch
Closeup of jewelry:
If you're interested I did a short video a while ago showing how much the flat clutch can hold and size comparisons with some other Balenciaga bags.
