Stood in front of my wardrobe trying to find something to wear for quite a while, in the end decided to go simple and wear a dress. Haven't worn this one for a couple months, and figured I should wear it before the fitted waist gets too restrictive to wear. Ended up adding a lot of pink accessories too, just seemed like the easiest choice. Had to facilitate a big meeting Tuesday afternoon so simple and comfortable was a winner.

I really like this beautiful statement necklace paired with stripes, I've worn it that way a lot. My bestie always gets me incredible gifts! :)

Thank you for all of your advice and suggestions in my last post when I asked about wearing pencil skirts in pregnancy! Today I decided to try the skirt with the top tucked in, next time I'll have to try some of the other suggestions like shorter tops and belts.

Had wanted to try and recreate this outfit pairing today, but although the skirt has an elasticated waistband, it's just not got enough give in it to accommodate the belly. I changed it for this asos maternity skirt instead. The combination of the print on the skirt and the tucked in top really seemed to emphasise the bump. It generated a lot of attention today and every now and then made me think I might have been better off wearing the tee untucked. It's fun being able to try different things and learning different ways to dress during pregnancy though. I'm grateful for every day as I know it will be no time at all until the bump is gone and I'm cradling baby in my arms :)

ShoesBalenciaga studded sandals in sorbet RGGH

Simple outfit for a hot Sunday! We ended up going out for lunch, so I thought I'd try wear some proper sandals instead of thongs all the time. Picked my pink Balenciaga ones for a bit of colour. Still not sure if it was too much with the busy printed dress, but I was happy when I wore it.

Last worn: grey floral print dress, studded Balenciaga sandals, Chloe Marcie hobo bag.

Here's what I wore to work today:

Bracelets: the usual plus Balenciaga coated stud wrap bracelet in icy blue
Bag: gifted Corelli metallic and white handbag

Felt a little cold this morning so added a nice big scarf to keep me cosy on the way to work. It's really hot during the days, but every now and then I wake up and feel like it's a really cold morning. Maybe a pregnancy thing.

Have been wanting to wear this top and skirt together for a little while. Had picked this out as a possible "bump hiding" outfit back when I was keeping the bump under wraps at work, but it didn't quite cover it up enough after my belly popped. Remembered the combination and wore it today instead. Did wish I'd worn the top tucked in though, as it wrinkled up a lot during the day.

Still can't decide if pencil skirts look better with shirts tucked or untucked during pregnancy - I've been going for untucked but it's not the most flattering with my short height. If you've worked through a pregnancy, how did you wear pencil skirts? With shirts tucked to enhance the bump, or untucked to minimise it?
