Funny smile courtesy of feeling awkward as there being a lot of people around as we took photos this morning. You can see I have a little face on my shoulder, haha!
Another simple outfit today with a printed dress. It's really too hot for anything else! I know Melbourne is much hotter than Brisbane was today though. As always, thankful that I can work in an air conditioned office :)

My grey outfit matched the cloudy skies this afternoon, haha. I picked this tee to wear to work today as I forgot just how badly it creases - 5 minutes at my desk and it was all wrinkled. Took these outfit photos at the end of the day so you get to see some creased clothes.
Added the pink bracelet and sunglasses for some colour - but maybe should have had a brighter bag with this to make it a little more colourful, what do you think?
Entering is really easy - just fill out the form below, there are 10 chances to win. There are lots of pretty clothes to choose from, you can see 3 of my picks above :)
The orange and black together on this dress made it a perfect choice to wear for the Halloween street party this evening :) We decided not to dress up and just enjoy watching the parade, but I couldn't resist dressing to the theme a little with a bit of orange. Although we left Cooper at home so he wouldn't get scared with the crowds, he did help out with outfit pictures.
I also have a great giveaway to share for my Aussie readers! Poppywinkle would like to offer one lucky winner free shipping and a $30 credit at their online store http://poppywinkle.com/.
Poppywinkle is a new Brisbane based business that sells affordable clothes and caters more to petite girls like myself. They are flexible with delivery options, and are happy to arrange meet-ups for those in Brisbane who don't want to wait for snail mail. As you've seen from me wearing some of their items this week, their pieces are great for office wear and weekends too.

Jacket: Apricot half sleeve belted jacket C/O DinoDirect Dress: French Connectionstar dancing jersey dress in red rust/almond (similar here) Shoes: Marc by Marc Jacobs Two Tone Logo Plaque Flats in blush and black (similar here) Bag: Balenciaga 2010 black Part Time with GSH (similar here)
Alice from DinoDirect contacted me to some time ago offer me a voucher to spend on clothes on the website, and I picked this jacket as I thought it would be perfect for spring. It was a little windy this evening taking photos so it was tricky to get a good one of the jacket as it kept catching in the wind. The only non-windy one picture when I'd taken the jacket off, and then Cooper decided to stand right in front of me, hehe! Just had to share that one.
I like that I can share these kinds of silly photos with you all. I'm not doing a massive full scale photoshoot production for every blog post, I'm just taking a picture of what I wear every day hoping to get some feedback and suggestions for my next outfit :) Thank you all for reading.
Bracelets: the usual plus my Balenciaga Silver Giant Triple Tour Braceletin Rose Bruyere from HGBags Online (similar here)
Not a fan of my outfit today. Too much black and my pants wouldn't stay in the ankle boots - as you can see in the photos! I need to remember to wear dresses and skirts with these boots, or cropped pants. These are one of those sets of outfit photos I'd rather not post... I want to post all of my daily outfits though, so you get to see my mistake :) Check a full length mirror before you leave the house to avoid this kind of thing! ;)
I had the crazy idea of putting all this together last night while working late as I had to do a presentation today. We are usually very casual at work on Fridays. I wanted to look dressed up enough so that I'd fit in if others were wearing standard work clothes, but not stick out too much if others were doing casual Friday. It was funny, I got to the meeting room early to setup and one of the ladies there was wearing identical pants - so I think I got the outfit right, except the boots. I spent most of the day wishing I'd worn flats instead and trying to subtly push my pants legs back into my boots :P
Also received my giveaway prizes today! Margs from La Petite Mademoiselle had a blog giveaway and I won!
Thank you everyone who entered the Indigo Rose Design jewelry giveaway :)
The winner is: Katie S!
Congrats Katie! Hope you pick a fantastic item for your prize!
It was cold today, so although I'm not a fan of tights and peeptoes....I wore them anyway! And I think I may have looked like a little old lady, haha. I had planned this outfit without the tights but the weather didn't cooperate.
Very sad that these shoes broke today! I've only worn these wedges a handful of times since I bought them, so a little annoyed that they tore. It may have been the shoe rebelling against being paired with tights ;) Was difficult to keep my foot in the shoe after it broke, glad I had my backup black flats under my desk at work. Will be returning them to Nine West this week and hoping for a refund.

Hope you all had a better Monday - with no broken shoes! ;)
DH's parents came over this afternoon and brought a little present for Cooper. It's a little doggy hoodie! Doesn't he look cute in it?
Perfect weather for him to wear it as it's cold and rainy. It is a very lovely gift. We haven't taken it off since he tried it on for size, as he seems very happy in it!
Hope you all had a lovely Easter. :) As promised, here's a better pic of what I wore to the wedding last night.
In the end I picked the red Balenciaga clutch. It was the biggest and I needed the extra room for a wrap. The bride and groom made such a lovely couple, and it was a very elegant wedding.

Even more rain and road closures today. Thankfully it stopped raining in the afternoon and hasn't started again, hoping it continues to stay that way and we have a dry Australia day tomorrow.

Boots: NineWest Odin Black Leather ankle boots Bag: Balenciaga 2008 Sapphire RH city Closeup of accessories and houndstooth print on the dress:
The boots were a much better choice for the rain than my black flats yesterday, but my knee did get sore after wearing them all day. Need to ease into heels! If you have twitter, @ReebonzAU and @Young_Republic are having a twitter giveaway once they hit 2,000 followers.
