Sunglasses: Rayban new Wayfarers
Necklace: House of Harlow Dynamic necklace in gold
Top: Cotton On Salta peasant top in Berlin print
Skirt: Jeanswest black ponte pencil skirt
Shoes: Marc by Marc Jacobs logo plaque flats in camel
Bracelets: the usual plus beaded black and gold bracelet set
Bag: Mulberry Bayswater in Oak NVT leather
A great benefit of this skirt is that it has elasticated side panels, you can see them better the last time I wore it. Makes it quite comfortable to wear, and perfect for a day of meetings with a loose printed top. Had to carry my Bayswater as I had to tote some papers around again, so I thought the print on the top tied in with the black and tan theme quite well.
Last worn: Rayban wayfarers, printed top, pencil skirt, camel flats, Mulberry Bayswater bag.
Here's what I wore to work today:
Sunglasses: Rayban new Wayfarers
Necklace: custom Cooper charm by Silhoupette layered with Dogeared silver wishbone necklace
Dress: Jeanswest ruffle neckline animal print dress
Shoes: New Look brown cut-out detail shoe
Bracelets: the usual plus gifted mixed metal spiral bracelet stack, Ferragamo double wrap bracelet
Bag: Marc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Fran bag with gold hardware in carob brown
Had to do a presentation today in front of some fairly important people, so I was really nervous. Went with this simple printed dress so I'd feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I think the presentation went well in the end, got a good response.
Was surprised when I looked back in the blog and realised I hadn't paired this bag and dress together before, seems like such an obvious combo as I like to wear this dress with brown a lot.
I've been wearing my Rayban sunglasses a lot lately after hubby kindly got them for me for Christmas. It's great to start off the new year with a new pair of sunnies and as I have a lot of cute pairs that are similar to the Wayfarer style it was an obvious choice. New year, new look and a new pair of glasses!
Last worn: printed dress, brown flats, Marc by Marc Jacobs Fran bag.
Linking up with Fashion Informant, Three-fer Thursday today.

Love the bayswater bag, never had one but they always look so lovely on other girls!
ReplyDeleteIt is a great classic bag, really good for work! :)
DeleteOh it's always nerve wrecking when you have to do a presentation in front of VIPS, i think it is always of great help to look and feel good, it gives you that last bit of confidence.
ReplyDeleteFrom this outfit, i think you did great in the presentation!
Thank you! I wanted to look comfortable and professional and the dress fit the bill! :)
DeleteYou are rocking all the dresses beautifully. I love sunnies. I have to wear them even during winter because my eyes are sensitive to the winter glare. Make sure you get yours with polarized lenses. They are the best ones to protect your eyes from annoying glare and the UV protection from the sun :)
ReplyDeleteMy rayban are my first polarised pair and it's so hard to go back to normal sunnies now, haha! Spoiled! :)
DeleteLove love love this dress!! (of course..) :)
ReplyDeleteI love love love the tan bag!
ReplyDeleteGreat work outfits!

The Mulberry Bayswater in Oak has been my dream bag for ages. Then I found out about their price tag, haha. I love these two outfits, the first one mainly for the perfect handbag and the second one because the color of the handbag and dress match SO well together.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your presentation! I always find it a great relief when I get positive feedback afterwards. Presentations make me incredibly nervous! xo
I hate presenting, my least favourite part of my job! :(
DeleteI got lucky to score the bayswater on sale and to have an extra coupon code to go with it! I always try have a little "bag fund" set aside for when I see great chances like that, haha! :) Never seen one so cheap since!
