What I wore:
Necklace: thrifted Belle Folie multi colour tassel necklace
Tee: Anko Kmart short sleeve slub v-neck tee in lead grey
Skirt: Salvos Nobody Denim grey distressed denim skirt
Shoes: slim navy and pink Havaianas
Bracelets: the usual
Bag: Chloe periwinkle small Paraty
Why I wore it:
This was an exciting day for my son with an excursion he'd been really looking forward to. Unfortunately his brother still had school, so I had a couple of drop offs to coordinate before working from home and then arranging different pick ups in the afternoon. They both had a good day though!
I wanted to be comfortable so I went with a tee and denim combination, as I seem to be defaulting to a lot for working from home days lately! As it was a little chilly in the autumn morning I added this green floral print duster. It brightens the grey tee and grey denim skirt combination nicely, as does the fun colourful tassel necklace. I also liked the extra physical sunblock it provided when I was outside in the afternoon.
The periwinkle blue Chloe Paraty is one I've worn with this green floral duster a lot, I like the blue and green together.
Last worn: green floral duster, tassel necklace, grey tee, Nobody Denim skirt, Havaianas, Chloe periwinkle Paraty bag.
Other ways to wear: green floral duster and shorts, grey tee and printed skirt, Nobody Denim skirt and graphic tee, Chloe periwinkle Paraty bag and dress.
What I wore:
Necklace: Roie Designs feather, quartz and love charm long necklace
Tee: grey marle pocket tee
Skirt: Jeanswest light olive denim skirt
Shoes: slim navy and pink Havaianas
Bracelets: the usual
Bag: Rebecca Minkoff metallic silver mini MAC
Why I wore it:
Another day of working from home and doing the school run, another grey tee and denim skirt combination! As you can see in the first outfit, I have no issue pairing different shades of grey together, and I like wearing multiple different shades of blue in my outfits. I thought I'd try something a little different with this outfit and wear different shades of green. The light olive denim skirt is a very different shade from the bright almost neon green in the pam print cover up, but I think the colours looked good together with the blue in the print between them.I kept the rest of my outfit neutral with another grey tee, and the little metallic silver mini MAC bag.
Last worn: palm print cover up, grey tee, feather necklace, olive denim skirt, Havaianas (above), metallic silver mini MAC.
Other ways to wear: palm print cover up and jeans, grey tee and maxi skirt, olive denim skirt with yellow, metallic silver mini MAC and dress.
Perfect for pregnancy: silver mini MAC bag in third trimester.

That multi-coloured tassel necklace is such a special piece. I love how effortlessly it adds in colour! It is so much fun. I'm glad your son was able to enjoy the excursion he had been looking forward to. Love what you wore that day! And I absolutely love that metallic Rebecca Minkoff purse. So beautiful. You always have the nicest pieces and I love the different ways you put them all together. You are so creative.

Those kimonos are so fun! I don't think I have a mini denim skirt in my closet, but I'm wishing I did! Yours is really cute on you!
