Magenta Balenciaga Bag And Converse With Blue Dresses | Weekday Wear Link Up

For today's Weekday Wear Link up, more pink and blue. Wearing some long sleeved blue dresses with my magenta Balenciaga day hobo bag for a bold burst of colour.

Dress: Target puff sleeve tiered denim dress 
Shoes: Converse Chuck Taylor All Star coast blue
Bracelets: the usual
Bag: Balenciaga Day bag in 2005 magenta

Why I wore it:

Sneaking another Weekend outfit into the Weekday Wear Link Up! We had a big day, down the coast spending time with my family in the morning, and a wonderful lunch, then back up to Brisbane for dinner with the in-laws in the evening.

Knew this dress would be perfect to wear for a day alternating between air-conditioning in the houses and car! I like the long puff sleeves, although I rolled them up a little this time around. And the tiers are so cute. Added more blue with the Converse and carried all the things I needed in my magenta Balenciaga day bag - I love how the colour pops against the blue denim.

Why I wore it:

Making the most of the school holidays and finally taking my kids to the indoor playground I'd been promising to take them too, just before school went back at the end of January. I'd planned to go earlier, but our summer holidays had a few unexpected surprises, so a last minute trip the week before school was needed.

I was able to sit at a table and relax with a book while the kids ran around playing, so I picked this long sleeved dress to wear. Perfect for the aircon inside, but not too warm for the heat outside. Again I had my bold magenta Balenciaga day bag. I really like it with this navy printed dress, and it fit my book and our water bottles inside for the morning.
