Fuchsia Kmart Dresses and Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Neverfull | Weekday Wear Link Up

For today's Weekday Wear Link Up I'm sharing two fun and colourful outfits with my two fuchsia Kmart dresses, and my Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag.

Bracelets: the usual plus Cora purpleheart and mother of pearl watch c/o JORD

Why I wore it:

Wore this quite some time ago, back before Christmas when we went to stay at Seaworld resort for the weekend. This was a comfortable and colourful outfit for the school run and the library and some errands with the little one in the morning. We headed straight down the coast after picking my eldest son up from school that afternoon. While this dress was comfortable for the drive it was probably not the best for a long car ride, the linen creased quite a lot!

I loved the bright colour combination of the digital print kimono against the bold fuchsia dress though, it compliments the magenta in the print of the kimono nicely and pops with the orange in the print.

The Louis Vuitton damier azur Neverfull was perfect for toting everything around too, we had a swim before dinner once we got to the resort. You'll notice I changed my shoes too in the evening, I knew I'd need the extra support for walking around the theme park so swapped out my Converse I'd worn during the day in the afternoon for the New Balance as they are a bit more supportive.

Last worn: digital print kimono, fuchsia Kmart godet skirt dress, gold circle necklace, Converse, Louis Vuitton Neverfull.

30 Ways To Wear: Louis Vuitton Neverfull

What I wore:

Necklace: thrifted purple wooden bead statement necklace
Dress: Kmart short sleeve tiered jersey dress in Fuchsia

Why I wore it:

The Converse stayed on all day on this day! We had a quick errand to run that morning as well as a fun picnic playdate in the park. Because it was a warm day I wanted something light and this tiered midi dress is perfect, so loose and comfortable. I liked the shoulder coverage too, as I sat around talking while the kids played in the playground. It was a really fun day!

This lilac statement necklace was a fun combo with the fuchsia dress too - I've worn it with the first fuchsia dress above before so knew it would work just as well with this midi dress in the same shade. The blue Converse were a nice way to add a third colour to my outfit and again the Louis Vuitton Neverfull came in helpful for toting everything around. I had a big reusable Woolies tote for our picnic snacks and blanket too.

Last worn: Kmart fuchsia tiered midi dress, lilac beaded necklace, blue Converse, Louis Vuitton damier azur neverfull (above).

Other ways to wearKmart fuchsia tiered midi dress and gold clutch, blue Converse and shorts, Louis Vuitton damier azur neverfull worn 30 ways.

Perfect for pregnancyLouis Vuitton damier azur neverfull in second trimester

How You Can Wear It:

A bold bright pink dress is an easy instant outfit for summer. You can add a little more colour with a printed kimono like I have in the first outfit, or a beaded statement necklace like in the second outfit.

  6. Can't beat a tiered maxi or midi dress for comfort and style! And as much as I love linen, the wrinkle factor irritates me - but that first dress looks so good on you!
Hope you have a great week Mica!

  16. Fuchsia pink is such a fab colour and it really suits you! I love the kimono too but have to admit to a weakness for them. I find it hard to resist buying them when I see them. The LV bag is very versatile and a great find.

First of all, I love this color it's one of my favorites, as for the model of the dress I like the second dress most, in fact you look very pretty with it! As for the bag, it is beautiful, I would also like to have one, but this model is very expensive here in Portugal!

  45. You look lovely in fuchsia! I really like the midi dress, but I love linen, too! I don't mind when linen wrinkles. I figure if someone has enough time to worry about my wrinkles, they really need something else to do! What fun adventures you are having this spring with your family!
