Marc by Marc Jacobs Carob Brown Fran Bag. Floral Tank, Stripe Maxi Skirt | Grey Knot Top, Asos Maternity Pencil Skirt

Here's what I wore on Tuesday:

NecklaceDogeared 3 Wishes stardust bead necklace
Top: Jeanswest floral print brown ribbed tank
SkirtAT by Atmos&Here Mars striped maxi skirt
ShoesAsos metallic Freestyle leather sandals
Bracelets: the usual plus gifted gold bangle set
BagMarc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Fran bag with gold hardware in carob brown

Had the day off work on Tuesday to attend a doctor's appointment and do some extra tests. Was a very busy and stressful morning, I ended up making up for it with a very lazy afternoon on the couch with Cooper!

This top is one that's never been on the blog before, and in fact I'm not sure when I wore it last. It was an old favourite of mine I used to wear lots in my uni days that I rediscovered and pulled out of my wardrobe for the "last wear before it goes" test. And it's staying in my wardrobe! I used to love this top so much I just can't get rid of it. Plus it's currently fitting the bump quite well! Thought that the white floral print on the top would pair nicely with the white striped maxi skirt.

Last worn: striped maxi skirt, Asos gold sandals, Marc by Marc Jacobs Fran bag. First time I've worn the tank on the blog, although it's an old item.

Here's what I wore to work today:

Necklacecustom Cooper charm by Silhoupette layered with Dogeared silver wishbone necklace
Top: Temt grey knot front top
SkirtAsos graphic print pencil skirt on sale! (maternity version here)
ShoesWittner 'Bolla' black bow detail flats
Bracelets: the usual plus Marc by Marc Jacobs enamel turnlock stripey hinge black and white bangle
BagMarc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Fran bag with gold hardware in carob brown

This top is another top that hasn't been worn in the 2 years I've had this blog. I actually bought it back in 2009 when I needed some new clothes for a "proper" office job where I wasn't allowed to wear denim, a huge change to my wardrobe at the time. It's sat in my closet since then, with tags on(!) until today. Don't even remember why it's never been worn, but grateful to have it as it's a great non-restrictive pregnancy top!

Had to take photos inside today as it was so rainy this morning! It did clear up later though. Had the benefit of a big white wall to take photos against in the nursery after clearing out all of my clothes and accessories. Took a little video of what it looked like before - will be sure to take an after video once everything's in place for baby's arrival! :)

Last worn: maternity pencil skirt, Wittner black flats, Marc by Marc Jacobs Fran (see above). First time I've worn the top although it's an oldie.

  7. Looks like you are doing a good job clearing things up and making room for the baby! I think it would be cool if you can eventually find another way to store your handbags. How about a nice cabinet with clear window/door so you can see what you have inside? Just a thought :)

    1. that would be great - and I've thought of that (and drooled over the ideas in Ikea), but we don't really have a place for it to go. So under the bed in boxes it is, hehe! :)

  9. I love rediscovering old pieces. I just found two old Witchery tanks I used to wear to death 3 or 4 years ago. They're in a pile of clothes I was meant to repair because they had started developing holes on the bottom seams LOL. Ok so I am yet to repair them, but I'll do it tonight, maybe!

  10. That first top is definitely a keeper. I really think your cuteness is increasing in direct proportion to your bump! I was a hideous beast when I was pregnant and you are just adorable.

  20. Ahahahaha! I have tops like that- I just can't bare to part with them, even if I don't wear them much!

Loving both the skirts- how are you finding the ASOS maternity??

    1. Yep, I have so many tops, some I so rarely wear now, but still can't get rid of!

Asos maternity is good - the pencil skirts have been fantastic for work! I find the tops a bit too long though. But a big fan of the pencil skirts! :)

    1. Most stuff lives in boxes now, piling up boxes around the house, haha!

But I edited as much as I could before the bump got too big to restrict me from trying everything on, and I'm still letting things go now and then to make more space :)
