A lazy Sunday was just what I needed. Spent the morning in my PJs feeling sorry for myself with the cold. Thought I'd spare you the PJ pictures and just show you what I wore when I eventually ventured outside in the afternoon to get some air. Wanted to be comfortable so an airy skirt and loose top were perfect to battle the heat. Wearing the same bag as yesterday as I didn't feel like switching over all of the contents :)

Here's what I wore to work today:
Necklace: gift from DH
Dress: Leona Edmiston Blanche dress
Belt: Asos skinny pale yellow belt (new purchase)
Shoes: New Look brown cut-out detail shoe
Bracelets: the usual
Bag: Marc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Fran bag with gold hardware in carob brown
Had to go back to the office today, so wore a simple dress to try look more pulled together than I felt, haha. tried to add a bit of cheer with the yellow belt. The pink one probably would have looked better though I think.
Was maybe a little optimistic with going back to work so soon, but I had to get a few things cleared up before a big meeting out of state tomorrow. Does anyone have any survival tips for flying with a cold?

Deletesorry to hear you have a cold mica. i would just normally drink a lot of water and get a lot of rest whenever i can. it sucks to have to fly.. some meds might help you get through it although i hate taking them myself unless absolutely necessary. that miu miu bag is such a dream and goes with everything! hope you feel better soon! x

Wow have to say you can certainly put yourself together when you have a cold. I am hopeless and probably would have ventured out in my jammies looking like Mrs Death. Hahaha. And I think I'm a little late with the tips for flying since your last Instagram post was above the clouds. All I can suggest is to use it to get an upgrade! Though you're probably on your way back to Brisbane now too. :o|

A nasal spray would be a good idea when you fly with a cold, especially if you get that terrible sinus/ear pain on ascent and descent. Love your Miu Miu studded bag and I think the yellow belt added a nice colour contrast for your work outfit : D sparkle2day.com
