Blue and White Striped Top, Jeans, Red Accessories, Lodinatt Bag

Here's what I wore to venture outside for a walk with Cooper today:
Top: Cotton On Striped round neck top (similar here
JeansJeanswest 'spoylt' super skinny jeans (similar here)
ShoesMarc by Marc Jacobs Logo Plaque Suede Flats in red
Bag: Lodinatt two level canvas bag in Ivory and Red C/O Lodinatt

Close up of accessories:
Necklace: Diva long red heart necklace (similar here)
Bracelets: the usual plus Hermes Kelly Double tour bracelet in rubis (similar here)

Thank you for all your get well soon wishes! I'm feeling better so went out to enjoy the sunshine on a walk with Cooper today. I also had a chance to use my new bag, courtesy of Lodinatt! They are a Korean bag company starting to expand to a worldwide market, and have an English site available here. If you read Korean, you can view their wider range here.

When M.K the Lodinatt designer got in touch with me to offer me a bag I was very excited - my love for bags is evident to anyone reading my blog! The first thing that came to mind when I saw the two-level canvas bag was "sports bag!". Wouldn't this bag be perfect for sticking some running shoes in, a towel, a water bottle, and change of clothes? The bag comes in navy and black, ivory and red, khaki and orange, pink and hot pink. I chose the ivory and red version.

It's got a bright zippered compartment on the bottom. Lodinatt suggest it's "for shoes", but it could also be for wet towels after a swim, or dog toys for when we go on a picnic with Cooper and have food in the bag. There is no zipper or fastening to keep the bag closed, but as I usually leave my totes open anyway this isn't an issue for me. There are a couple of zipped pockets if you have something you want to secure.

Overall there are 5 pockets including the bottom compartment, so it's a great bag for being organised, everything has a place. It's made of really sturdy canvas too - and the top corner stitching is reinforced with metal studs, I thought that was a nice touch. If you've got a tablet or Ipad that would fit in nicely, making it a good work bag.

While we only went out for a short walk today, the bag was really easy to carry and find things in thanks to all the compartments. I also like the adjustable shoulder strap. I'm a shortie so a fully adjustable strap is greatly appreciated! With all of the different ways to carry it, it's a really practical bag.

Hope you enjoyed my short review of the Lodinatt two level canvas bag. As mentioned before, the bag was sent to me free of charge by Lodinatt for review purposes. The review and opinions expressed in this post are entirely my own.

The top was last worn here, jeans here and shoes here. This is the first time I've used the Lodinatt bag.

Lodinatt Bag, Skechers Shoes, Juicy Couture Trackie Dacks

Here's what I wore today:
JacketJuicy Couture Long Sleeve Original Zip Hoodie in 'Silver Lining'
Tee: thrifted Jay Jays peach button tee from AWLQ jumble sale
Pants: Juicy Couture original drawstring pant in 'Silver Lining'
Shoes: Skechers brown 'bikers' (similar here)
BagLodinatt two level canvas bag in Ivory and Red C/O Lodinatt

Took this photo as I was planning and packing to make sure I had everything needed for my trip to the hospital today. This is a scheduled post as I'll be having a minor operation so won't be up to blogging or taking pictures. Picked everything to wear in the photo above as it's practical and comfortable. Trackie dacks are perfect, as I need to be comfortable and warm and definitely don't need to be dressed up.
Just a short day surgery so I'll be in for about half a day, and then home to rest up. Should be back to normal on Wednesday. :)

The hoodie was last worn here, pants here, and bag here. This is the first time I've worn the tee, and first time the shoes have been featured on the blog.

Day at the Beach: Suboo Striped Maxi Dress, Yellow Sunnies, Lodinatt Bag, Cooper

Here's what I wore to go grocery shopping and spend some time at the beach today:

Sunnies: Yellow sunglasses from the Ekka
Bracelets: the usual trio
DressSuboo Riviera Nautical Maxi dress from Reebonz
Belt: not seen in pics, but red braided belt from Supre
Shoes: not seen in pics, but red Roxy thongs
BagLodinatt two level canvas bag in Ivory and Red C/O Lodinatt

It was such a warm day today we headed to the beach. As you can see from Cooper's face, it was also rather windy which made it difficult to get a good picture. My sun hat kept blowing off with the wind so after chasing it down the beach I put it into my bag for safe keeping!

While I did try to get some straight up and down blog photos, we gave up pretty quickly as the weather wasn't cooperating at all! I thought I'd share these ones instead from the set of photos we took of us and Cooper enjoying the beach. :) Much more relaxed photos. Please excuse my sandy feet, haha!

The sunnies were last worn here, dress here, shoes here and bag here.

Day at Stradbroke Island, Funkita Swimwear and Sale Code!

Here's what I wore to go to Stradbroke Island with friends today:
Sun hat: Big W bow detail hat
Sunglasses: gifted Cotton On 'Kirsten sunnie' in yellow
TeeMarc by Marc Jacobs blossom pocket tee in grey
Skirt: AT by Atmos&Here Mars maxi skirt in white and navy (New purchase)
ShoesConverse Chuck Taylor All Star low in black
Bracelets: the usual
BagLodinatt two level canvas bag in Ivory and Red C/O Lodinatt (not pictured)

Last worn: sun hat, yellow sunnies, Marc Jacobs grey tee, Converse, Lodinatt bag. First time I've worn the skirt as it's a recent purchase.

On the beach of course I just wore my awesome Funkita bikini. And tried to keep my sunhat on my head, fought quite a battle with the wind through the day! Thankfully the sun was kinder and came out from behind the clouds early in the morning.

This bikini is so good, it's the 'Garden party' print from the Pixel Mix collection. Such a nice print for summer, and everything stayed in place as we jumped around in the waves (some of which were really big!) Sadly, no photos of it in action in the sea as we were swept off our feet a few times and it was quickly determined to be unwise to consider bringing electronics anywhere near the choppy water!

If you're in the market for new swimwear yourself with the warm Spring/Summer weather arriving, Funkita have a sale on at the moment. 25% off to help with preparation for the 25th December, haha! You just need to use the code 'FUNKYXMAS' at checkout to get 25% off. Lots of prints and styles on sale, and I'm definitely planning to add to my swimwear collection.

Casual outfit again today to work from home. I haven't worn this jacket in a long time, it's one of my favourites but I really can't button it up any more. Should let it go, but can never part with it. I'll continue to keep it in my wardrobe and wear it unbuttoned until it falls apart I think.

The tee was last worn here, jeans here, shoes here and bag here. This is the first time I've worn this jacket on the blog.

Close up of accessories and clutch:

Had a nice relaxing start to the year at my in-laws house with a BBQ and some games. I wanted to wear this skirt and also wanted to carry my Balenciaga clutch, so I tried a mix of gold and silver with this outfit. I'm not sure it really worked, wouldn't pair this skirt and clutch together again. Was pleased with the photo location though - wearing a blossom tee under beautiful purple blossoms!

The sunnies were last worn here, skirt here, shoes here and bag here. This is the first time I've worn the tee as it is a recent purchase.

And here's what I wore to spend some time on the beach with DH today:

Sunnies: gifted Cotton On 'Kirsten sunnie' in yellow
Bracelets: the usual trio
Dress: Zara Printed bib front tunic dress in black
ShoesGifted black slim Havaianas thongs (carried in my hand to walk along the sand)
BagLodinatt two level canvas bag in Ivory and Red C/O Lodinatt

So pleased that today had the perfect beach weather after our plans were rained out last week. We headed down to the gold coast to relax and soak up some sun. Although we got stuck in traffic on the way there, the perfect beach weather more than made up for it. Took this photo on our way back to the car so please excuse the wet beach hair! Wore my Zara tunic dress over my bikini to cover up and keep my shoulders hidden from the sun.

The sunnies were last worn here, dress here, thongs here and bag here.

Striped PJs, Feeling Sick

Hello!

Sorry for not posting yesterday. I've gotten sick, and as much as I want to continue posting what I'm wearing everyday, I've been in bed resting up and wearing my pyjamas. No one wants to see that.

Here is a cute picture of Cooper and I curled up on the sofa though :)

Hopefully I'll be feeling better and back to blogging soon - I received a fantastic bag courtesy of Lodinatt that I am looking forward to using and sharing some pictures of.

Also, Asos.com have a 70% off sale going on right now - worth checking out!

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.
