Here's what I wore on Saturday:
Necklace: Dogeared 3 Wishes stardust bead necklace layered with Dogeared silver wishbone necklace
Top: Jeanswest floral print brown ribbed tank
Skirt: Target grey marle maxi skirt
Shoes: black slim Havaianas thongs
Bracelets: the usual plus Balenciaga classic double tour bracelet in pearly grey
Bag: Balenciaga giant hardware Day bag in 2009 tempete
On Saturday, DH and I went shopping at DFO to try and find some new shoes and to buy some gifts. Third trimester swelling is making it really difficult for me to wear work-appropriate shoes. I keep kicking my shoes off under my desk every chance I get. One time I did that I couldn't fit my feet back into my shoes, so not the best plan! I was hoping to find something affordable, comfortable, accommodating to my swollen feet and easy to slip on and off. No luck shoe shopping, but we did get the gifts we had set out to buy, and of course I picked up something at Jeanswest too!
Last worn: Ray Bans, brown floral tank, grey maxi skirt, Havaianas, Balenciaga tempete day bag.
Here's what I wore on Sunday:
Dress: Jeanswest 'Chantelle' crochet detail blue printed maxi dress (new purchase)
Shoes: Balenciaga studded sandals in sorbet RGGH
Bracelets: the usual plus pink and gold bracelet stack on other arm
Bag: Miu Miu cammeo studded clutch bag
This gorgeous dress is what I bought at Jeanswest on Saturday. I thought it would be perfect to wear to church today for Easter Sunday. Even wore my hair up (in a messy bun) to show off the back.
Although I regularly work at and attend Church Online, every now and then (usually special occasions) we like to go to back to my parent's church for a service. It was great catching up with everyone, lots of interest in the growing belly so I was glad I'd worn something comfortable with all of the attention directed my way.

ReplyDeleteI did go have a look, but the cheapest pair were $70 so I didn't try any on. Only need them for a few more weeks. So jealous of my sister in law who scored a pair for $6 the other week! haha!

Thanks Gabby! I prefer the look of my hair down, but it's getting a bit unwieldy lately so tying it up is the easiest option. Plus it showcases the beautiful detail on the dress :)
