Ruffle Top, Jacquard Pencil Skirt, Marco Tagliaferri Bag | Asos Lace Dress, LV Bandeau Belt, Balenciaga Sapphire City

Was off sick on Monday, I only got dressed to go walk Cooper. Will spare you the details of that outfit.

Here's what I wore to work on Tuesday:

Necklace: gift from DH
Top: Forever 21 sheer black ruffle detail shirt
Skirt: Warehouse blue jacquard pencil skirt (New purchase, using competition prize gift voucher)
Shoes: NineWest Lovelyou studded flats in black
Bracelets: the usual plus Marc by Marc Jacobs enamel turnlock stripey hinge bracelet in black and white and Indigo Rose Design black leather Swarovski beaded wrap bracelet
Bag: Marco Tagliaferri first generation birk bag in navy from HGBags Online

My new shoes arrived at work Tuesday, so I tried them on to break them in as I walked around the office, as usual. Unfortunately, I realised I was late for an appointment and rushed out the door, forgetting to swap back into the studded flats I'd worn to work. My ankles are so sore now! My own fault for not taking a moment to change out of the stiff shoes. Patent leather too, major ouch! Changed into more comfortable flats as soon as I got back to my desk. The new flats are sadly back in their box for a while I heal. Need to break shoes in slowly, not run across the city in them!


Last worn: ruffle top, studded flats, Marco Tagliaferri bag. First time I've worn the skirt.

Bag: Balenciaga RH city in 2008 sapphire

Thought I would add a little bit of colour to the black dress with some bright accessories. I wanted to add pink and purple to match the scarf, but it wasn't until I looked at the photos that I realised even my orange nails matched one of the scarf colours!


Last worn: lace midi dress, LV bandeau scarf, pink suede flats, sapphire Balenciaga city.
