Happy Valentine's Day, the Thrifty Kitten

Happy Valentine's day :) If you're in a couple, I hope you and your other half have a fun day together. If you're single, I hope you treat yourself!

Valentines seemed like the perfect day to wear a pink flowery dress. Met up with my mum for lunch, and she took today's photo.


Here's what I wore:

Dress: Vintage 1950s pink floral dress via The Thrifty Kitten
Belt: not sure, have had it too long
Bracelets: the usual plus Balenciaga Silver Giant Triple tour Bracelet in Rose Bruyere from HGBags Online
Shoes: New Look
Bag: Mulberry Bayswater in NVT Oak leather (via Reebonz)

The Thrifty Kitten is a store setup on facebook that showcases some gems donated to the AWLQ op-shops (aka second-hand stores, thrift stores). It's perfect for people like me who can't easily get to the stores, and all proceeds go to the Animal Welfare League of Queensland (where we adopted Cooper). Founded in 1959, the AWLQ is the largest animal shelter in Queensland, rehoming approximatley 400 animals every month.
