Printed Cami and Pencil Skirt, French Connection Dress, Marc By Marc Jacobs Fran Bag

Here's what I wore to work on Wednesday:
Sunnies: pink leopard print sunglasses from Paddy's Markets in Sydney
Necklace: sterling silver monogram necklace C/O MyNameNecklace.com.au
Bracelets: the usual plus enamel coated Marc By Marc Jacobs Katie bracelet in pink and gifted Ferragamo double wrap bracelet
Top: Jeanswest 'Amber' floral print ruffle cami (New Purchase)
SkirtAsos tailored tab front pencil skirt in grey
ShoesMarc by Marc Jacobs Logo Plaque Flats in Two Tone blush and black
Bag: Marc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Fran bag with gold hardware in carob brown from Reebonz (New Purchase)

Close up of accessories and bag:

Crazy hair! It was a bit windy taking photos. I of course wore a cardi over this in the office. Luckily I keep one in my desk just in case, as I forgot mine in the morning and would have been cold in the aircon without it.

Was very excited to wear my new bag today, after it arrived on Tuesday. It's really comfortable and holds a lot. I had planned to wear this printed cami top with my plaid pencil skirt, but changed my mind in the morning and went with a plain grey skirt instead. Might try the pattern mixing another time though.

The sunglasses were last worn here, skirt here and shoes here. This is the first time I've worn the top and bag as they are both new purchases.

NecklaceHouse of Harlow gold gold mini key pendant necklace
Bracelets: the usual plus yellow metal and fabric Indigo Rose Design bracelet and Indigo Rose Design labradorite bracelets
DressFrench Connection 'pendragon panache' cap sleeve dress in 'winters day base'
ShoesNew Look brown cut-out detail shoe
BagMarc By Marc Jacobs Classic Q Fran bag with gold hardware in carob brown from Reebonz

Closeup of accessories and bag:

A nice simple dress for the office today to try keep cool on a very warm day! Unfortunately it turned out to be a bad choice as our office move planned for tomorrow was moved to today unexpectedly. It's a little difficult to get under desks and deal with tangled cables when wearing a dress. Thankfully one of my colleagues helped unplug everything under the desk and plug it back in at my new desk.

The only time I can think of where a nice printed dress is not office appropriate - moving day!

  21. I have been thinking about getting a MBMJ bag recently. I have been eyeing the crossbody petal bag (it's small but perfect for a small wallet, mobile phone, sunnies and lippy). Would you recommend the brand for it's quality? :)

    1. I so want the petal to the metal bag, but I worry it would be too small for me. I definitely recommend the quality, although I haven't had any MbMJ bags for longer than a year so it's early days, I'm very pleased with them and no issues to report.
