Asos Knitted Dress, Belt, Leggings, Asos Cleo Boots, Vintage Chanel Bag

Here's what I wore today for shopping with DH, volunteering at Church Online and spending the evening at home with takeout and a movie:
DressASOS  Red Trapeze Knitted Dress With Cowl Neck (sold out, similar here on sale)
Necklace: Chanel necklace from Reebonz (similar here)
Bracelets: the usual
BeltJeanswest thick black buckle belt (similar here)
Leggings: Cotton On
ShoesAsos cleo leather boots in black
BagChanel vintage quilted lambskin flap from Reebonz (similar here)

Close up of accessories:
(Image from a previous time when I have worn these accessories, I wear these together a lot)

Thank you to those who wrote lovely comments about my friend Nancy on yesterday's post. I feel so badly for her being in this situation.

Was cold today so I decided to wear leggings under my dress instead of tights. Remember leggings aren't pants! ;) I like how it's styled at asos with bare legs, will need to try that on a warmer day.

Thought the belt was a good idea this morning but reviewing the photos I'm not so sure, maybe I should have left the dress loose and un-belted. What do you think?

  3. haha I sometimes get in a bit of a dilemma as to whether I should belt or not, too! I think belting was a good choice for this dress though, not too awkward and prevents it from looking shapeless! :)

  10. Really jealous of this Chanel bag - I've always wanted something simple and elegant like this. I bet it can be paired with anything, so it's such a great investment piece. Where ever do you find a vintage bag like this? eBay?

I'm really sorry about Nancy. I wish her the best of luck, and it sucks that some people can be so mean.
